- Redemption is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Expired voucher will be forfeited.
- Gift Voucher is valid for one-time use only. Once the gift voucher has been redeemed, it cannot be reused.
- Each gift voucher is valid for a single redemption and may not be redeemed partially.
- Gift Voucher can be used for accommodation, in-room dining, Salisterra and Green Room. Advance booking is required.
- Gift Voucher may not be redeemed against private events and weddings.
- Gift Voucher may only be used as a method of payment for goods / purchases at Upper House and in the local currency in which they are denominated.
- Gift Voucher shall not be redeemed for cash under any circumstances.
- Upper House does not accept any responsibility or liability for lost, damaged, stolen or any unauthorized use of Upper House Gift Voucher.
- Gift Voucher are non-refundable, non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash nor used in conjunction with other discounts or offers.
- Acceptance of Upper House Gift Voucher constitutes acceptance of all of these terms and conditions, changes to which may be effected and published at any time.
